It has a good start but around 400+, I just feel that the story was a bit of a drag. I mean, since the first arc, it's totally obvious who is the mastermind. The guy was too much of a goody two shoes that it's totally a bad acting. I mean, if someone really treated you as family, he won't be so 'oblivious' and still try to act as a middle man after the family was wronged. And with the An girl suddenly having a second crush, it's a dead give away. I mean, after the ML, who else is handsome and rich that went to their village? But the author just won't reveal it as if it's still a plot twist. And because of the drag, I end up feeling that the ML's IQ isn't online. I had to say to myself that it's the audience that sees far.
I know, finding a good review in a comment section in MTL can be challenging so I'll help you solve this problem somehow. If you're wondering if this is worth reading, my answer would be "YES". You might also ask if at the very least the text is at least 70-80% comprehensible, my answer would also be a "YES". Now that that's out of the way, let's move on to the characters. The female lead is very strong, kinda innocent and naive but NOT STUPID. She is truly, wholeheartedly, physically, and mentally IN LOVE with the ML, and No dogblood sadomasochistic theme will be read in this novel.So for those who likes to commit self abuse, I'm sorry, you'll finish reading this story with diabetes. The ML's story started in his lowest, and the fl accompanied him through out, the FL was never put in a situation where she became a "hostage" or a "baggage" because she was very strong, but not without worry or weakness. The ml has his flaws. The story of him did not depict something as magical as planning a scheme and he would be able to predict everyone's move. The first half of the story is actually when the villain was in the dark and the ml was trying hard to figure out all the conspiracies. The ml also truly LOVE the fl. He takes initiative in solving all those white, green and black lotuses. The side characters are not shallow, including the villains, you will feel happiness, sadness, anticipation, worry, betrayed and regrets with them. So you will not regret reading this.
She isnt stupid in "survive everyday functionality" but she is very stupid when it comes to anything educational. She came from modern times but can't do math..... Math using roman numbers would astound ancient china who uses abacus to count. Which is something EVERYONE over the age of 5 uses. Forget about basic multiplication or common sense math. She apparently cant do basic math to run a shop. She cant read well or write and has no desire to do so. [But wants to do open stores. She cant run a shop and she cant come up with ideas other ppl have to spoon feed her solutions...how is she modern! Shes a cavewoman intelligently at best] And whines while 7 yrs olds beside her quietly learn. [Yes children are better than her] A modern woman wants to be illiterate in ancient times. Her biggest advantage from modern times is wasted. She isnt very street smart either. She cant see a fake person until a key word is used. She cant plan a thought one minute ahead to save her life. She doesnt even know how women get pregnant..... So yes... Not "stupid" but very very close. She is all brawn and no brain at the very least.
What do you expect for someone who seems to be raised in the mental hospital
She's like a canary but worse than a canary She was taken in by a special institutes which hide behind a mental hospital mask she was taken in a very young age they don't seem to teach them just experiments and fighting all day and bleeding for 3 days then she met this girl who escape with her for just a month in the outside world before getting isekai'd by a car So yes you can't just rant about her without reading her background story It's in chapter 9 So you can say she's been living under a stone But those caveman are more freer than her even if they lack a lot of things compared to modern knowledge or ancient knowledge They can atleast learn things on their own Not like MC she doesn't need this knowledge in the hospital and she doesn't know the outside world that much except for the month after her escape maybe she'll learn somethings but hey she isekai'd She doesn't have that much interest cuz she won't use it Like students who don't like math and doesn't have much interest in it since some of the jobs wont need it anyway
What to read for searching novel and I found this, you can't one side to say for her education because if people is from remote town they are not very educated for resources. And my country is not develop in education so my math is not good.When you said about her knowledge for pregnancy of not knowing, even my country is not teaching about that you know. So that knowledge is I knew from online, and even when I'm 18 I hadn't known about that for not having phone. That's why I have alway been thinking it's just with parents sleeping together to have a baby. Even if she is from modern it has to do with place, knowledge and experience, and your comment from store management is it see like you have not manage even one store because managing a shop is not easy to talk about.
