Sinopsis

  1. Now I have successfully finished this story And I admit this is the best yugioh story that I have ever read The ending is very satisfying Even though the XYZ,Pendulum, and Link is not included. This story hit all the right spots for me. And actually I really like this story turned out Thank you author Live a nice life

  2. The writing is gold, not boring like other YGO fanfiction that make them look like trash in comparison. The ten generations looked at this lava demon: "In fact, at first, when someone asked me to bring this card, I still refused..." He was plunged into memories of the past. Xiaojudai: Teacher, I don’t want to bring so many weird things, I want to play a pure hero! You Yu: Ten generations, give me a lava demon! Xiaojudai: I don't care, I have to play pure heroes, I want to play pure heroes! To be fair, the ten-generation decks in the animation are not really pure heroes, and he often puts some undefinable monsters into the decks. You Yu feels that it is not a problem at all that the lava demon is not a problem at all. Besides, a great man once said: All our duels should trust their deck. If you believe that he is a hero, he is naturally a hero. So since then, the hero series of the Little Ten Generations has like to mention a new eight-star brother, the elemental hero·lava demon.

  5. I am not sure how well received my comment would be considering how much I skipped and skimmed the series but here goes. I read 400+ chapters before the story started to get into a bit of a rut. I then skipped into seeing what was going on with Gx and pretty much skipped that whole arc seeing the chapter titles with nothing of interest. Not that I read none of it but I only stuck to a couple of the more interesting sounding duels. 5Ds was a bit of an interesting experience as I skimmed through trying to find some good duels but the weird mishmash of anime vs real-world tactics made me skip a lot of chapters again (with exception of one curb stomp) until I found out what the final arc was. WRGP had some of the excitement I originally enjoyed the series for as well as some of the more powerful of the protagonist's plays moments in the series, too bad I skipped the 'filler' duels following the other characters lol. Makes it odd to say that I was disappointed that the series did not continue into Zexal, Arc-V, and Vrains (Not sure how Sevens would be incorporated). If someone knows a good discord group or something for the series and any similar series, I would love to hear about it.

  6. I went back and continued reading. I actually appreciate the chapters I finally got to read. GX in itself actually felt like a worthy follow-up to the anime as it followed up on a lot of dropped plot elements from the show. 5Ds and WRGP had a lot of context added from the recent read-through. Currently on the last WRGP duel as I'm seeing how the read-through contributes to my feelings towards these duels. Probably won't change much but I noticed two things I just had to comment on before I'm done: some important cards in the anime have been added in the WRGP despite this series canon not following the original anime with little explanation and chapters 1549-1551 (I think) have a hiccup where some lines are left out that lead to a miscommunication on the game state that made me scratch my head on why no one commented on these chapters.

  7. Funny to be commenting again but after reading the final duel again from the perspective of an ongoing reader, I decided to read the author's closing thoughts. Since I had the journey of a thousand miles at my back, I feel I can understand what the author was going through when he said this book was a risk and a journey he should've ended a while ago. 5DS is truly an arc that showcased how bling obligation and a rushed schedule can lead to an unsatisfactory production schedule. It wasn't just the readers but the author as well who felt like the story did not need to be forced to that point. Read the author's closing thoughts, they shine a whole new light on the story as a whole. I hope the author takes a good break and wish them luck with whatever new story they go on to write.

  8. Dude, you should read DM era, it’s hilarious sometimes. Many years later, when the duel king Muto Game talked to his younger generations about the original duel city, he might describe it like this: "At the time we entered the semi-finals, there were only four of us left. I hold the Sky Dragon of Osiris; I hold three blue-eyed white dragons and the seahorse of Obelisk’s giant soldiers; Malik, who holds the Wings of the Sun God Dragon, and continues to rely on dark games to win victory.... .. ...And Jouchou-kun who kept shaking dice and tossing coins. " "......" Castle Uchi-kun is super strong! It’s no wonder that Bekas later counted the city among the top legendary duels in the world, and the **** of gambling is true to its name.
