Im literally about to start reading and I've taught myself never to read a book before reading the reviews and this book just from the reviews is already killing me not to mention the description😂
Relatively quick paced and wholesome GL romance. The Male Lead is dealt with pretty early on, the FL falls for the MC pretty much instantly. Most of the story is focused on enjoying the lightspeed fast pace of this relationship. The FL has crazy Mary Sue stats (and maybe this is why everything falls into place so easily and quickly?), but for the most part these aren't used on scene TOO much, and there is little focus on revenge either. People that insult/attack the MC get their comeuppance and leave the story pretty quickly. The ending felt a bit incomplete as there wasn't any of the usual 'extra chapters' or epilogue, but the ending that IS there is good. It delivers what it says it delivers, though there were a series of plot lines that were left in the wayside of this shorter story (FL had a trauma that basically never gets resolved, and the best friend and the second ML storylines also are left up in the air). That being said, it feels wholesome, and it's a solid read to cleanse the palate from other darker/sadder stories in the genre.
The story is very sweet ... I still feel carried away by the character's feelings, very cute, soft, very sweet, adorable ... I want to keep screaming when I meet him. it's really nice to find this story.Thanks
